How long does the coating last?
Depending on the coating type (PE, PVDF, HDP) and the environment, the service life can range from 10 to over 25 years. PVDF coatings offer the highest durability against UV and weathering.
What is the standard packaging for export?
Coils are wrapped in waterproof paper and protective steel sheets, secured with steel straps to ensure safety during sea transportation. Standard weight per coil is 3-8 tons.
What is the difference between PPGI and PPGL?
PPGI uses a pure zinc coating (Galvanized), while PPGL uses an Aluzinc coating (55% Aluminum, 43.4% Zinc). PPGL generally offers better heat reflection and atmospheric corrosion resistance.
