DIN 1.2311 / 40CrMnMo7 Steel is a common alloy tool steel usually supplied in Quenched and Tempered (QT) condition. Known for providing an excellent polished finish, it is one of the most widely used materials for machine-cut plastic moulds, offering superior wear resistance.

Main Applications: Production of plastic moulds, die holders, zinc die casting dies, backers, bolsters, injection moulds, shafts, rails, and wear strips.

Extensive inventory of special steels including: Boiler & Pressure Vessel Steel, Pipeline Steel, Structural Steel, Die Steel, High Strength Steel, Abrasion Resistant Steel, and Stainless Steel in various forms (Coils, Plates, Tubes, Bars, Profiles).
Processing Services: Oxygen, Plasma, and Laser cutting. Ultrasonic testing (EN10160, EN10164 Z15/Z25/Z35), weld bending detection, and PWHT detection.
