We utilize precision laser cutting for plates under 30mm and OXY-cut flame cutting for thickness over 30mm. Our facility includes shot blasting, CAD-driven fiber cutting, and specialized bending rigs.
Each plate is assigned an individual identification label. We strictly verify chemical components and physical properties, providing Material Test Certificates (MTC) for all shipments. Third-party inspections (SGS, BV) are fully supported.
3-layer protection: Kraft paper inside, waterproof plastic film in the middle, and GI steel sheet cover secured by steel strips.
20GP (Max 6m), 40GP/HQ (Max 12m). Direct warehouse dispatch for normal sizes within 3-7 days.
