Depending on treatment methods, surface conditions vary including ordinary spangle, fine spangle, flat spangle, no spangle, and phosphating surfaces. Our sheets maintain a superior appearance, free from defects such as holes, cracks, over-plating thickness, or white rust.

1. Hot-Dip Galvanized: Immersed in molten zinc bath via continuous galvanizing process.
2. Alloyed Galvanized: Heated to 500ºC after coating to form a zinc-iron alloy film for better weldability.
3. Electro-Galvanized: Excellent workability with thinner coating via electroplating.
4. Differential Galvanized: Single-sided or double-sided coating with different thicknesses for specific welding/painting needs.
5. Composite Galvanized: Alloys of zinc with aluminum, lead, etc., providing anti-rust and coating performance.
Specialty Types: Includes colored, printed, and PVC laminated galvanized steel sheets.
