Galvanized Steel Sheet refers to a steel sheet with a layer of zinc on the surface. Galvanizing is a commonly used economic method to prevent the surface of the steel sheet from corrosion and extend its service life. A layer of metal zinc is coated on the surface of the steel sheet to create an effective anti-rust barrier.

Due to different treatment methods in the coating process, the surface state of galvanized sheets varies, including ordinary zinc spangles, fine zinc spangles, flat zinc spangles, no zinc spangles, and phosphating surfaces. High-quality galvanized sheets must maintain a clean appearance, free from defects such as holes, cracks, scum, excessive plating thickness, or white rust.

Involves immersing steel in molten zinc. Includes pretreatment (cleaning), dip plating (reaction to form alloy layer), cooling, and post-treatment inspection.
Utilizes electrolysis to deposit zinc ions onto the steel surface. This ensures a uniform and flawless coating through electrolyte preparation and cathode reduction.

Strong anti-corrosion properties, high cost-effectiveness for rust prevention, and wide industrial applicability in construction, automotive, and appliances.
