Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet: Produced by immersing rolled steel sheets in a molten zinc bath, ensuring a durable protective layer adheres to the surface. It is the most common method for achieving high corrosion resistance.
Electro-galvanized sheet: Created using an electroplating method. While it offers excellent processing properties, the coating is thinner than hot-dip variations.
Single-sided & Double-sided: Single-sided plates are ideal for applications requiring specific welding or coating on only one side, while double-sided differential plates offer varying zinc thicknesses to suit specific engineering needs.

Surface Condition: Depending on the treatment, surfaces can feature ordinary spangle, fine spangle, smooth spangle, or zero spangle (zinc-free). High-quality sheets must be free of defects like holes, cracks, slag, or white rust.
Bending Performance: A key evaluation metric. Generally, after a 180-degree bend, the outer surface should show no zinc layer detachment, and the base plate should remain free of fractures.

Standard export packaging involves waterproof paper as inner packing, followed by galvanized steel or coated steel sheet as outer packing. The structure is reinforced with side guards and wrapped with seven steel belts to ensure safety during sea transportation.
