Color coated steel coil is made from hot-dip galvanized steel plate. After surface pretreatment (chemical degreasing, chemical conversion treatment), one or more layers of organic coating are applied on the surface, and then baked and cured. The organic coating on the zinc layer can also cover and protect the colored coated steel sheet, preventing the steel coil from rusting.
The color-coated roll is resistant to corrosion, rust, aging and solvents. The thickness range is from 0.15 to 1.0 millimeters, and the width range is up to 1250 millimeters or less.
